About us

Get to know us a little better – see how we work and a bit of history.

How Quality Parcel Services works

We use a small set of delivery providers. This allows us to select the best cost available for each delivery quoted. We are constantly refining and evolving the set of providers to ensure the quoted rate is firstly the cheapest, and secondly the collection and delivery is on time as booked.

We only show a single cost, enabling you not to have to wade through multiple prices and options. We do not in any way have preferred suppliers.

Background & history

Quality Parcel Services has been going for a number of years. We have flourished in recent years due to the uptick of internet shopping and the globalisation of business. Our core business is parcel deliveries – whether collection from one seller to one buyer, from a company to multiple purchasers or documents from one business to another firm.

We began in the early 2010’s as a general courier service, morphing into a specialist parcel delivery service. Our online booking system came next, and transformed the business again.

Why choose Quality Parcel Services

We offer competitive rates for parcel delivery from the UK to European locations. If you find a cost that is cheaper from a UK-based parcel delivery firm, let us know and we will try our best to match their cost.

We are known as a small, efficient and ‘do what we say’ delivery firm. Although it happens rarely, we hate missing a delivery time. We cover many countries, with more coming on-board every week. Our providers all offer clear and concise notifications and communicate every step of the collection and delivery service.

  • Reduced costs for parcel delivery
  • Efficient booking and account processes
  • On-time delivery
  • UK-based with international reach
  • Notifications of all steps of collection & delivery

What we deliver

The most common items we deliver are parcels (hence the name), but we also send boxes, documents, packets and mail. We offer a reliable service for you to send your favourite items across Europe. This can be anything from clothing, homeware, sports equipment or even the latest gadgets and gizmos – the choice is yours.

We can also send documents and important papers that need to be somewhere on time and in one piece.

We will deliver anything as long as it not on the what you can’t send list. Apart from that there is no restrictions concerning what we will collect and deliver.

What you can’t send

There are some items we can’t ship for security and well being purposes such as flammables, live animals and illegal substances. If we do find any prohibited items in our network we will return them to the sender or if dangerous we will dispose of them. If any illegal items are found, unfortunately we will have to inform the Police.
